Privacy Policy

Paniers operates no servers. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our own infrastructure.

Your shopping lists, items, and preferences are saved locally on your device and synced — if you enable it — through your personal iCloud account. Only Apple has access to this encrypted data, under their own terms of service.

The list-sharing feature relies entirely on Apple's secure infrastructure (CloudKit Sharing). Only the people you explicitly invite have access to shared lists.

We have no visibility into the contents of your lists, who you share them with, or how frequently you use the app.

Paniers contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs (Analytics, Firebase, etc.), no behavioural tracking tools, and no ad-targeting libraries.

You use the app. Full stop. Nobody is looking over your shoulder.

Apple Watch sync uses WatchConnectivity, a local channel between your iPhone and your watch. No data passes through our servers.

AI-powered categorisation runs entirely on-device, using Apple's built-in models. Your items never leave your device for analysis.

If this policy were to change significantly, we would notify users via an app update. The last modification date is shown at the bottom of this page.
